Printing and Copying Visa Paperwork Before Your Immigration Visit

A visa appointment usually means arriving with a stack of printed forms, photocopies and photos. We are a print and copy shop on Na Chom Thian, and a steady share of our customers come in on their way to Immigration to get that stack in order.

What this is, and what it is not

We print, copy, scan and photograph documents. We are not immigration agents, lawyers or advisers, and nothing here is immigration or legal advice. We cannot tell you which forms your application needs, how many copies to bring, or whether your paperwork is correct — only Immigration or a qualified adviser can do that.

What we can do is take the checklist you have already been given and turn it into a clean, legible, correctly ordered set of paper. Bring the checklist with you and we will work through it together.

• Copy passport pages, bank letters, passbooks and rental documents.
• Take and print photos at the size their application specifies.
• Scan the finished set so they have a digital copy for next time.
• Separate everything into ordered sets rather than one loose stack.

Two things that save a return trip

First, print and copy before you travel rather than hoping to find somewhere near the office. Second, ask us to scan the completed set before you go. Renewals come round again, and starting from a digital copy of last year's paperwork is considerably easier than rebuilding it from scratch.

We open at 7:30am every day, which is deliberately early — a lot of this paperwork needs to exist before an office opens.
