Worth a call before you drive up

For a handful of pages, just come — standard printing and copying is done while you wait. For anything bigger, ring first. If you are making a specific trip, it is worth thirty seconds on the phone to confirm we can have it ready, rather than arriving with a large job at our busiest hour.

The same applies to binding. Books take around twenty minutes each, so a stack of them is better arranged in advance than waited for.

What Bang Saray customers usually need

Restaurants and guesthouses along the seafront are a big part of it — menus printed and laminated so they survive being handled, and reprinted when prices change. Laminating matters more here than inland; anything paper near the sea has a hard life.

Sending the file ahead

You can send documents ahead so they are printed by the time you arrive. PDF is the safest format — it prints exactly as designed, where a Word file can shift its layout on a different machine. We take files up to 25MB; anything larger is easier on a USB drive.

Payment is on collection, so there is nothing to arrange in advance beyond telling us what you need.

Delivery

We are set up primarily as a pickup shop, which is what keeps the prices where they are. Delivery can be arranged when it is genuinely needed rather than as a standard service — ask when you place the order and we will tell you honestly whether it is workable for your job.
