1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SSCOPY website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

SSCOPY provides printing, copying, design, and related services including but not limited to:

  • Passport and visa photos
  • Business cards and marketing materials
  • Document printing and copying
  • Book binding and finishing services
  • Menu printing
  • Laminating services
  • Document scanning
  • Custom design services

All services are subject to availability and our standard operating hours (7:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 7 days a week).

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon pickup of completed orders. We accept cash and other payment methods as indicated at our location. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order placement or pickup.

4. File Uploads and Intellectual Property

When you upload files to our website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the legal right to use and reproduce the content
  • You have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses for any copyrighted material
  • The content does not violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party
  • The content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

SSCOPY reserves the right to refuse to print any material that we deem inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of these terms. We are not responsible for verifying the ownership or licensing of uploaded content.

Uploaded files may be stored temporarily for processing purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of your files, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Order Processing and Turnaround Time

While we strive to process orders promptly, turnaround times may vary based on:

  • Order complexity and volume
  • Current workload
  • Material availability
  • Special requirements or customizations

We will provide an estimated completion time when possible, but these are estimates only and not guarantees. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to our capacity.

6. Quality and Satisfaction

We strive to provide high-quality printing services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us immediately upon pickup. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate quality issues.

Refunds or reprints will be considered on a case-by-case basis for quality issues that are our responsibility. We are not responsible for errors in files provided by customers, including but not limited to spelling errors, incorrect dimensions, or design flaws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSCOPY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
